What we are looking for

Profoto North America is now looking for an experienced hands-on technician to service high voltage electronics.  This is a full-time, in-house position that reports directly to our National Service Manager . 

Key responsibilities

We are searching for a service professional with practical technological knowledge and experience. Main area of responsibilities are:

• Evaluate and repair Profoto lighting products in an efficient manner
• Contact end users and dealers via phone or email, with estimates
• Assist internal staff and customers with technical and service related inquires
• Assist and train potential third party service station technicians
• Assist in the managing of parts inventory
• Process partner repair center parts order and invoicing
• Assist in monthly/yearly inventory as needed

Requirements 

For this role, it is essential to have:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in high voltage electronic repairs
• The ability to read and understand service manuals and schematics
• Experience in independently managing assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
