Profoto is growing and is therefore looking for two top-of-the-line Customer Success Managers who can build outstanding customer relationships with our clients with the goal that they are happy and successful customers through the usage of our solutions. What we are looking for
A Customer Success Manager’s responsibilities start from the day the customer transition from sales prospects to existing clients.
You will strive to build close relationships to solve customers’ problems so that they will use their current solutions to the fullest, be happy customers, buy more and stay longer as loyal, paying customers. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
The Customer Success team works globally with all our E-com customers and across our end-to-end solutions product offerings: hardware, software, maintenance subscriptions, consulting, training, and future offerings. Performance is measured in sales, churn, and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct frequent customer check-ins with your assigned customers to identify unsolved problems and growth potential and act accordingly to turn them into successful customers.
- Proactively engage around new features/solutions and growth opportunities to capture demand for additional hardware, software, maintenance, accessories, consulting, and training, etc.
- Independently sell accessories, training, consulting, and maintenance subscription.
- If your customer perceives a problem, you will make sure it is regarded as solved by the customer in the end no matter who / which department at Profoto solves the problem.
Requirements
- Strong educational background, Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience working with a CRM platform
- Customer-first mindset with proven ability to improve customer relationships
- Solutions selling skills
- A flexible high performer that is thriving on new challenges in fast-paced environments
- Solid experience of e-com fashion industry and photography production, light shaping, and video production
- Working in a methodological and organized manner
- Proficient in written and spoken English. An additional language is a strong plus.
